hi all,
I have purchased the forexsmartbot 24 hours ago..I have followed the userguide given on installation.. SO far no Trade..I have emailed their support and havent receive any feedback yet.. STILL WAITING!!!!
Purchased Forex Smart Bot on April 9, but not a single trade yet. Support replied it is looking for a good trade. I’ll put up further development.
The misleading advertisement says that the bot works in all time frames, on all major pairs and that it selects the best trade.
The was NO mention of an upgrade requirement at additional cost in order in order to take full advantage of the bot.
What I got was a limited version that ONLY should be applied to the EURUSD 15 minute chart according to the instructions provided.
This is far from the misleading advertized information.
Please stop trying to make excuses and misrepresentations.
Process my refund immediately.

I will also notify Clickbank and my credit card company about this issue.

I have been running SmartBot for over a week now, and it hasn’t attempted a single trade. The instruction manual is also unclear about how to enter Risk and Drawdown settings, they mention 5%, but the default value is 0.05. I have asked repeatedly for clarification, but only get random replies that do not address the question I posed. If it doesn’t begin trading by the end of this week, or if I don’t get a sensible answer from their support staff, I will definately be asking for a refund.
how much does it cost for the upgrade to trade all pairs?
So far from the comments given, I wont be buying a non trading bot.
The guy flat out states it trades all pairs and all timeframes…now I read it does not.
I will wait for better reviews before I buy.
Based on the reviews seen above ,it is not encouraging for using Forex Smart Bot.
I purchased standard platform 2 weeks ago. So far I have not put any funds with the Forex Smart Bot.Do you have a demo for practice before actually placing funds there?

Forex Smart Bot is a joke, got taken for my $50, I couldn’t even get the program to download, when I addressed my issues with the so called support team I got excuses and comments like oh, what is wrong with the program,,,,uhh everything is wrong with it, they won’t refund my money just excuses I am going to notify click bank, the guy Steve on the video says he will refund your money within 60 days,,,lie, lie, lie, false advertising.

This guy rip me off. I bought this product and ended up paying 50 euros because of vat. I couldn’t download the product, they are playing games with me for changing the password anytime I request refund. Click bank is not doing anything about it. How can I get my money back?

I brought the Smartbot in April 2012, not a single trade triggered. I had to chase them for refund for more than 5 months. Each time it was a automated reply and bullshits. Finally I managed to contact the helpdesk of click bank and gotten my money back after more than 5 months of hassles.
My advise, this is a scam.
